Art Nouveau Silver Brooch - Woman's Face

This vintage brooch is mesmerizing with all of the design work, mostly Art Nouveau. The lovely woman in the center with a "secretive" look, the curling blossoms, hearts and marcasites. Openwork design with older c-clasp on the back. This is a silvertone metal - does not test sterling on the back, but the front overlay may be sterling or silver content. I didn't want to risk damage to the lovely patina. Excellent design work on this piece and sure to be a treasure.
