Beautiful Victorian style porcelain hand painted floral brooch framed in a lovely goldtone frame. Overall measures 2-1/4" oval. Porcelain is signed at the bottom, but difficult to make out unless you remove it from the frame. Pale dusky colors of green and pink roses make this especially pretty.
