Beautiful and whimsical perfume bottle from the 1940's features a round base with molded waves and bubbles and a 2" glass fish and cork stopper. This is marked on the bottom Des PRC Pat Office ?. ( French ?) There is some perfume residue in the bottom easily cleaned out. This is in very good condition and can be seen in many perfume books.
