This magnificent Victorian Link Bracelet began its life Ca. 1860. The rythmic, almost Celtic, pattern of the simulated pearl links is so appealing! The alternating links are oval simulated lavender amethysts that are bezel set and surrounded by fancy lace-like, looped frames. One might expect such a beautiful bracelet to be highly coveted, so to improve upon the security of the earlier C or loop clasp the spring ring clasp was added and the bracelet was lengthened to 7-3/16" with gold plated wire links, perhaps for another generation. The bracelet is approximately 1/2" wide. This stunning Victorian bracelet is as beautiful today as it was when it was first made. It is in Excellent Condition. It does not take more than a short glimpse to fall in love with the design and nostalgia of this superb Victorian link bracelet. A Victorian fantasy! (#45970-VictorianBracelet)
