The first in the series of American Girl "Samatha" Dolls by the Pleasant Company which is of course pre-Mattel.
She has the West German tag on the back of her dress.
All original clothing with plaid drop waist dress in a crisp unplayed with condition.Original light brunette hair which is also in excellent condition. Full body tights and black shoes on her vinyl body and head and jointed white cloth body. She has a full set of long brown lashes.
We have a nice hardbook book that goes with the doll entitled "Meet Samatha" an American Girl. .
Everything about this doll is "like brand new". Archived in 2008 and is no longer available.
