Floral fringe necklace that is so close to the expensive department store designer's necklace it is copied from that the designer's lawyers contacted us and forbade us to mention the designer's name. This offbeat and upscale, modern take on the antique fringe necklace is a darkened silvertone metal affair loaded with interesting components. There are bell-shaped beads, pear-shaped emerald green rhinestone, prong-set drops and a melange of other goodies including a central drop that is supposed to look like a piece of hand-painted porcelain as well as tiny enamel flowers in Wedgewood blue and teal with turquoise/teal and light blue crystal rhinestone centers all suspended in row after row of 2-3/8" fring extending across and 8" decorated span.
