Delightful is this "Daddy's Girl" Lladro Figurine # 5584. The Spanish name is Leeme Un Cuento.

The little girl is enamored with her dad reading to her while sitting on his lap. He with a book in his hand and she with both hands in the air, although one might be getting ready to pull on his tie.

First produced in 1989 and retired in 1996 at $395. The sculptor was Juan Huerta and it has a glazed finish. It measures 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches and weighs 2 pounds and 6 ounces. With the box the weight is 4 pounds and 8 ounces.
