This is the Hummel "Happiness" figurine. 

Marching along singing and playing her mandolin.

Sculpted by Reinhold Unger in 1938 and retired in 2004, with the molds broken.   One pigtail was upturned and a square base.

This figurine is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or crazing.
