Today we have for an amazing antique Geisha Girl doll in full kimono carrying her young son Spike upon her back. This classically outfitted doll stands 10.5” in height and is approximately 3.5” in width. The doll is mounted atop a wooden base which measures 5 – 1/8” in length and is 3.5” in height. We believe our handmade doll is made of a Gofun material. Our doll is adorned with flowers in her hair and appears to be walking through the local marketplace wearing a pair of high wooden shoes. The doll might need a light cleaning as this piece has been in storage for some time and her hair appears to be a little on the dusty side. Otherwise, the doll is in very good to excellent condition with no damage in evidence. A lovely addition to any serious doll collector’s collection!
