Item Description:
The first in the series of American Girl "Samatha" Dolls by the Pleasant Company which is of course pre-Mattel. She is hand signed by Pleasant Roland on her torso COA with doll from 1987 and is numbered 1047. She has the german tag on her dress. All original clothing with plaid drop waist dress in a crisp unplayed with condition.Original light brunette hair which is also in excellent condition. Full body tights and black shoes on her vinyl body and head and jointed white cloth body. She has a full set of long brown lashes. We have a nice hardbook book that goes with the doll entitled "Meet Samatha" an American Girl. . Everything about this doll is "like brand new". Archived in 2008 and is no longer available.
