Gorgeous Reversed Intaglio Cameo Faux Pearl & Rhinestone Brooch/Pin Big gorgeous clear facetted reversed Intaglio (back carved) frosted glass cameo oval surrounded by a row of tiny pearls and a row of clear rhinestones in gold tone. This brooch is also has a pendant on the back, and is weighty. The brooch is in great condition all pearls good shape and sparkly rhinestones. 2 ¼ x 2 x ¾ in depth. Comes in a gift box with tissue and would make a fabulous gift.
