Very rare and collectible Simon & Halbig German Porcelain Head doll with a papier mache body. Glass sleep eyes and open mouth with teeth and molded shoes. Original wig. Redressed in rust color cotton floral long sleeved dress with eyelet cap and eyelet slip. Eight inches and mold number 1079. Late 1800's to early 1900's.
