Beau Sterling Cameo Filigree Ring is a romantic and feminine ring that was made in the 1960s when everyone wore multiple rings on every finger to aspire to the look of the Beatles, Ringo Star. Retro Edwardian fashions then dictated long jackets with pinched waistlines, ruffled sleeves and lace or ruffled collars that tantalizingly would be worn open and dipped down to there. This would be such a lovely ring to peek out from the new ruffled sleeves and lace fashions that are so popular and chic.

The face of the ring is 7/8 x 3/4" and the shank is adjustable. This is a very comfortable ring that is large enough to make a statement, but small enough not to get in the way. We show it on the ring mandrel at Size 7. It would be easy to see that it would go up or down at least a size. You can see how it works in our closeup pic. It simply spreads apart or squeezes to a smaller size. It weighs a hefty 3.6 grams. It is stamped, "BEAU STER" inside the shank.

The ring is in Excellent Condition and was made by Beaucraft, Inc. in the 1960s. Beau Sterling was widely recognized as a fine silver jewelry manufacturer. The company was in business from 1947 to 2004, which makes this beautiful shell cameo filigree ring about fifty years old and it is so well made that it will last for generations with love.
