For the true Hummel Collector is this earliest Hummel "Goose Girl" #41 3/0 from 1935 to 1940 with a true Crown Mark and very hard to find.
After the war you would have seen a US Zone of some type so this pre-dates these marks and is most probably 1935 to 1940.
The Goose Girl was one of early popular pieces from Goebel. The geese want the flowers that the little girl is hiding behind her back -- notice the upside down bunch of flowers behind her back.
Great collector figurine. Note the one pigtail on her right side. This is not evident on later Goose Girl figurines.
