Hand crafted vintage bakelite cherries pin features five whopper-sized bakelite cherries that measure approximately one inch. The apple-jade-colored green bakelite leaves are detailed with carved veining. (PLEASE NOTE: The frosty appearance of the leaves is glare on the smooth surface--the only way our photography skills could capture the veining on the leaves.) The strings and cherries appear to be very secure and in excellent condition. Interestingly, this hand made piece has a signature on the reverse that is carved into the bakelite and looks like a stylized "K". This is a great, old vintage bakelite cherries pin that measures approximately 4-1/8 x 3-1/2". There is an applied pin back with safety closure. Other than a few tiny nicks from the cherries clinking into each other over the years, this pin is in Excellent Condition. Luscious!
