A classic German Austrio Hungarian World War 1 Service Medal 1914 - 1918,  "Pro Deo Et Patria" or "For God and Country".

On the front is a coat-of-arms and on the back is the latin phrase.
 
This is the original medal still in very nice condition. 
It has no suspender bar and no ribbon.
