Item Description:

This pretty necklace is done in sterling silver and features an 18" sterling chain with lobster clasp. Focus is a 1" sterling red heart pendant with a red stone inlay on one side and floral swirls on the reverse. The sides of the heart are set with small stones - coral, lapis, carnelian, etc. all en cabochon. Very nice.
