Elegant design in this vintage estate ring featuring a 12K gold filled setting with a large malachite navette stone. The setting makes this a real stand out ring. It is a size 9. There is also a hallmark inside - I haven't been able to identify it yet . Malachite is a green banded stone sometimes mistaken for jade. Some believe that malachite has special powers including: protection, power, peace, love, and prosperity. Ancients wore malachite to detect impending danger, and it is said that it will break into pieces when danger is near. It is also considered the guardian stone of travelers. Most of our items are vintage unless we tell you otherwise. Therefore expect them to be in "Vintage" condition.
