Item Description:

This is a lovely white shell brooch about 1-1/2" in size and handmade years ago. It is in good condition and a beautiful accessory with those summer fashions.
Years ago when visiting the seashore, it was common to either find or make your own jewelry from sea shells. Now, of course it is unlawful to harvest intact seashells for that purpose.
