Here's a colorful addition to your fashions and with a tropical flare ! This 3" Toucan has bright enameling and pave set rhinestone breast and tail feathers. Brushed goldtone and ready to party ! This isn't signed, but it is excellent quality. Difficult to see in the picture is the head color - looks almost black at first but when in the light it is a deep shiny wine color. Most of our items are vintage unless we tell you otherwise. Therefore expect them to be in "Vintage" condition. We do not thoroughly clean our vintage jewelry, leaving that to the preferences of the buyer, but if there are any serious problems, flaws or noticeable repairs, we will note it in the description.
