Collapsible Top Hat

Here's a nice "gag" Collapsible Top Hat made of light nylon, felt and light plastic liner. Appears to be a size 7 but could be modified larger or smaller. Four platic clips hold hat up, and then when small rubber gasket is released the hat collapsed.
