This is a beautiful cocktail watch from an estate and I don't know much about it. It is a quartz but no design/manufacturer information visible except along the bottom "Japan Movement". It is not running but may just need a battery. You are buying it as is with that knowledge. Black Enamel and Rhinestone Cocktail Watch

Spectacular bracelet style watch with black enamel and rhinestone band all set in goldtone. Watch measures 7-3/4" overall x 1/2" wide.
