Openwork throughout this measures 2-1/2" wide at the front tapering to the open back. Metalwork is goldtone and there is some wear inside. Locket is 2" in diameter and it hangs from a 24" single strand chain. Opens to hold two pictures. There is some wear on the back that could probably be polished out. The frame is a delicate filigree and does have some slight damage to the bottom back not noticeable when pin is worn. There is a place for a ring at the top so it can be used as a pendant also. The backing is from an otherwise unusable victorian buckle and the cameo topper appears to be a wood composition material also vintage. To keep with the image, an older brass pin back was used.
