These aren't signed, but looks like the duette clips by coro. These are pierced earrings, I couldn't believe it when I turned them over and they were earrings. They are very beautiful with pave rhinestones and green emerald colored stones. The stems look like they are coming out of a silver mound that was formed for the stem.
