This shoe horn is marked: Ohio's Largest Shoe Store, "Stones", 312 Euclid 318. (I believe this was in Cleveland, Ohio). At the top in very small print it is marked: Sommer's Patent 12-16-13. Cute Plastic Snowman Pierced Earrings

I don't think these are very old, but cute to wear in the Winter or for Christmas.
