Item Description:
Real heavy duty thick clear glass old Seltzer bottle. A little tarnish or slight rust on pressure lever. Marked SZ and 1L on the bottom. I would expect this bottle is still functional, but can't guarantee it. This eltzer Bottle has "Oakland Pioneer" then below it "Soda Water Co, Oakland, CAL" etched in the class. After examining the lead spout I see it says "Shasta Water" on it, so it appears this is a later in life marriage. Also, notice that the spout has a screw on top and the bottle has a slip type spout which doesn't tighten obviously. If you were going to just use this bottle for show, then it might fit your needs. If you were going to try and actually have seltzer water in it, then I don't believe it will work.
