Vendome Prototype? Bracelet Set

Very unusual bracelet and earrings signed by Vendome. The bracelet is a green ceramic bangle that has a rubberized brown textured coating applied to it. The ceramic inside is crackled. I have never seen one like this so I don't know whether this is supposed to be there or not. The matching earrings are dangling balls with the same texturized coating on the beads. They are clip on style with "Vendome" signed on the clips. The bracelet is signed in black "Vendome" inside on the ceramic with also some testing points visible. Could be a experimental prototype style? If you know anything about this style, I'd love to know. Great piece for a Vendome or Coro collector! Bracelet is 1/2" wide and 2-3/4" inside diameter. Earrings are clip on 2" overall.
