I haven't seen many of these around - a 1" pearlized lucite square mounted with a black heart and ivory early plastic cameo. All prong set in a brass base. This is signed inside West Germany and is somewhat adjustable. Could use a cleaning and I'm sure would polish up if you prefer it shiny . Really unique !
