Item Description:

Delightful set of three child's toy china plates from England.  Each plate has a charming scene of childhood play - boys on a makeshift seesaw, boys playing rings, and a girl on a swing.  The children are dressed in clothing typical of the later Regency period; the young lady's dress has Gigot sleeves.  These plates are unmarked and are glazed white china with brown images.  They have fluted-type edges and a nice ridge around the recessed bowl.  No cracks but some discoloration and crazing due to age as evident in the photos.  Each plate measures just over 4 inches in diameter.  Price is for set the three.
