This is the "Sarah-Beth" Porcelain Doll from the Paradise Galleriies by artist Kathy Smith-Fitzpatrick. From the "Thank Heave for Little Girls Collection" numbered 632.
Porcelain head, hands and legs with cloth body.
Dressed in an ecru smocked dress with rossettes and lace trim. Matching bonnet and bloomers with white socks and shoes. She is holding her silver rattle.
Short brown hair and blue eyes.
This doll is 15 inches sitting and in excellent condition, with the certificate but no box.
