This is a Rare glow in the dark plastic dog ornament by Carnival Toy Manufacturing Corp. during the late 1940s to early 1950s. It is 3 ½ inches by 2 inches made out of hard plastic and when the lights are off will glow blue. It is has its original hook and has no cracks
