"Aldo" is an all felt Lenci Boy Doll and getting harder and harder to find as the Italian factory was closed some years ago.
This doll has very curly brown hair and brown painted eyes. Dressed in a dark brown felt shorts with ecru and tan felt shirt. A dark brown felt tie, a leather like belt and shoes. The faux leather book bag has some crazing from carrying his books to school ;). (All Aldo dolls book bags have this worn or crazing look due the material they used.)
This doll was made in 1986, has his hang tag and all the certificates, paper work and is mint in the box. This doll was numbered BH 972.
As I said earlier Lenci dolls are no longer made and quickly being collected as their simply is no new supply of these wonderful felt dolls.
