Item Description:
This vintage print is from an old portfolio dated 1892 of American Prints. It is entitled "American Illustrators by F. Hopkinson Smith in Five Parts. Published by Charles Scribner's Sons New York 1892.The portfolio has long since deteriorated but the items within remained condition. This particular photogravure by A. B. Frost is entitled "The Music for the Dance" and is only one of many of his fantastic period renditions of Negro life in America. Size is 7x10"
