Joseff of Hollywood bracelet is an early silver tone beauty with the rare block signature. The bracelet features hollow, lozenge-shaped sections with intricate scrollwork and is lush and flexible. It measures approximately 7-1/4 x 5/8" and has a foldover clasp with the signature, "Joseff of Hollywood" in block letters, the earliest signature for this renowned designer who made exquisite jewelry for the movies and famous stars of the day. Unfortunately, Joseff passed away in 1948 and his line was carried on by his wife, Joan, whose script signature designs were manufactured through the 1980s. This is a fabulous bracelet to wear alone or layer with others. Fairly lightweight and extremely comfortable, it would be nice to know you are wearing an early piece by the famed designer, himself, manufactured during the 1940s.
