Praying Hands Necklace, Mother of Pearl Heart Shape

This necklace looks like it has never been worn.  It has a silvertone chain, a nice clasp with a cross on it.  The clasp is in good working condition.  The silvertone heart is decorated with coral color beads and goldtone hands on a heart shaped piece of Mother of Pearl.  As you can see, there is some old glue by the hands, I believe this was as originally made.  It probably can be removed but I leave that up to the buyer.  Other than that, the necklace is in very good condition.  The chain is 9" hanging length, the heart is 1 1/4" long x 1" at the widest part.  My research shows that the image of the hands with palms together was drawn by Albrecht Durer, 15th Century artist.  He named his drawing simply "Hands".
