Spectacular Black Velvet, Cut Steel and Turquoise Belt

This exquisite belt is vintage and features some of the most beautiful cut steel that I have ever seen. The 9" section front piece of the belt is completely outline designed with cut steels (the real kind). Focus set across the front are 5 turquoise cabochons. The belt is lined with an ecru silk material that is riveted in places with a hook and eye closure at the back. The belt measures 32" x 1-1/2" wide. The front center is wider at 3-1/4".  This is not a "lightweight" item.  The front design is backed with a silver metal plate to keep the design in place.  Wish I could give you an age or more on this but it is from an estate where there were a lot of fine, glamorous items.
