This lovely set is probably made in West Germany but is unsigned. It has a many multi strand blue seed bead necklace with scatterings of shiny black beads. The neck is about 15-16" and the longest strand is 20". It is caught at the back by filigree bead caps. There is a matching beaded clasp and clip on earrings. The earrings measure 1 and are beaded on filigree. . This is in very good condition. My suggestion - Pair it with a navy blue suit or dress.....
