Large Silver Egg/Rhinestone Cameo Music Box

Lovely music box features a large egg shape on a footed base. Silver/gray enamel accented with deep rose pink rhinestones. A dogwood blossom on the top. Egg opens to an ivory velvet inside and cameo profile of a young lady that, when turned, begins the music box. A very pretty and familiar song, but I just cannot recall the name of it.  A  beautiful item that can serve as a trinket box as well as delightful music.
