King of the Road Clown in the spotlight with American Flag Framed Oil Painting by Mignon Adams.
Unusual subject with what appears to be a female clown in the spotlight with cane and American Flag.
Mignon Adams was a Sacramento artist for approximately 20 years. Before that she was member of the Marin Art Society in the Bay Area and before that in the Washington, D.C. area.
