Beautiful Victdorian buckle is openwork goldtone with goldtone cut steel ? settings in the base and top is enameled around a red pyramid faceted rhinestone. The buckle is in good condition. It does have some enamel wear as shown. Could be converted to a lovely hair acccessory or us with your favorite belt.
