The center diamonds are in a raised octagonal design flanked on the sides with four triangular synthetic sapphires and an open cut-through design and engraving with engraving down the sides of the shank. The top of the ring measures approximately 7/16 x 3/8". The ring size is approximately 10-1/2, plenty of room to have the ring sized down if necessary without adding any gold.
