Vintage Signed Barclay Vintage Blue Rhinestone Dress or Scarf Brooch / Pin So very sparkly a clip in all pronged in blue rhinestones and layered with a center interest of an open flower. The clip back is tight. The only fault that is only on the back and not seen on the front are some scratches. Size: 1 ½ x 1 Comes ready for gift giving in a new gift box and tissue.
