Sterling Dainty Cameo & Filigree Pendant/Necklace So very pretty and dainty is this filigree and glass raised cameo. It is signed sterling on the bale, and safety closure. 1 1/8 x 5/8..including the bale. There is patina on the filigree and can be shined up though it looks fine as is, but if desired, just let me know before mailing. Comes in a gift box with tissue and would make a fabulous gift.
