Unusual Gothic Style Signed Pendant Necklace

This is an unusual pendant approximately 4" total length the top part is designed in the shape of a heart with 3 bead design on each side and and open floral design on each side. The bottom holds 3 solid ring charms. It is signed on the back EH-75 and does test low silver content possibly 800. The chain is 26" single strand. It is not sterling, but silvertone and I do not beieve it is original to the piece.  This did come from an estate.
