Taxco Sterling Pin: Vintage Taxco Mexican Sterling Pin

Beautiful Taxco Mexican sterling vintage Aztec style pin has a large clip on the back so that it can also be worn as a pendant. This large and beautifully crafted, cutout brooch measures approximately 2-1/4" round and has a safety closure as well as the large pendant clip. In Excellent Condition, it is signed with what looks like a script "BB" in a circle marked "Mexico Taxco .925" and it also has the Eagle 3 mark which dates it between 1948 and 1980. This striking pin makes an impressive statement and would look smashing as a pendant on a black cord as well. A wonderful example of the Taxco silversmiths of this period.
