Vintage hand-carved shell cameo brooch is also a pendant and features a pretty woman with upswept hair in an attractive stylized silver bezel marked 800 for 800 parts silver. This beautiful cameo pin pendant measures approximately 1-1/4 x 1" and has a pin stem with safety closure as well as a hidden pendant bale so that it can also be worn as a pendant.
