Much better in person then what the picture shows...not tarnished at all....Dressy not glitzy a brushed gold tone brooch with clear sparkling rhinestones..it has a nice design to it...looks to me as almost two swinging bells. Not signed but should be. Size: 2 1/8 x 1 �. In very good condition with a longer stem and a working safety. Comes in a gift box & tissue.
