Knockout brilliant clear rhinestones are the hallmark of this pale blue rectangular and round crystal rhinestone vintage choker by Fenichel. These are obviously the finest quality rhinestones and are all-prong-set in silvertone metal. The necklace is adjustable to 15-1/2" with a decorated fish hook closure and extender chain.
