Poetic Romance with its lovely cameos is another of Kenneth Lanes designs for Avon that is rarely found in a complete set. The 22"-24", multistrand,goldtone chain with its six simulated, baroque pearls, was issued with the 3-1/2" long, antique style cameo pin/pendant and pearl drop.
